Auction Update

Paddle Raise: Art Room Renovation. We are pleased to announce that this year’s Paddle Raise will go toward renovating the three art rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The rooms are a time capsule of a bygone era…it has been a quarter of a century since those rooms have seen a fresh coat of paint! Under the guidance and direction of Julie Reifer, the acting chair of the Arts Department, we plan to replace and enhance the lighting; add a great storage system in each room for portfolios, artwork, props, and supplies; install new sinks where necessary; and paint the walls and ceilings. Students love taking art classes at Hunter, and it will be our pleasure to create an enhanced work environment for them to create their beautiful works of art. This seems so basic, but in this present climate of budget cuts and shortages, projects like these are unattainable without PTA funding. We ask you to come and raise your paddle in a big way on May 14.

Auction Entertainment.
We are also excited to announce our special entertainment lineup this year. The HCHS Senior Jazz Band will perform and there will be a special appearance by faculty members and administrators. Don't miss this opportunity to see them perform.

Show your support for HCHS!
We anticipate great fun in raising money for the greatest cause of all -- our children's educational and enrichment programs. All contributions go directly to our budget. The school counts on the funds we raise at this event to support the wide and varied programs at our school. To donate, go to the Auction Website at: Not sure what to donate?
