Directory (online and printed booklet)

Both Hunter College High School and the PTA now utilize an Online Directory via Net Directories for contact management and communications. Once logged into the PTA website, parents can see/update their own contact information (except home address information—see the Address Change section of the FAQs); search for other family/faculty members and email them directly; and enter volunteer/skill sets online. Since the school and the PTA communicate with parents primarily via email—report cards are sent electronically—it is crucial that all families keep their information current. You may also choose to hide certain items from view; if you hide your email address, the directory still allows other parents to reach you by email.

The annual printed Family Directory booklet lists the contact information of  Hunter families, cross-referenced by student name and class year, as well as by parent last name (if different from student's). The directory, which also includes administration, faculty and PTA contact information, is sent to everyone who has paid PTA dues. (You may pay dues through the link under Contribute! above.)
