Supplies and Transport Needed Nov. 19 & 20 for Hurricane Relief

The HCHS PTA, along with the school's Community Service Department, will continue to initiate and coordinate relief efforts among the Hunter community. All day on Monday, Nov. 19, and on the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 20, we will collect donations of the following: Cleaning: Bleach, detergent, vinegar, paper towels, industrial-strength garbage bags, disposable face masks, work gloves, plastic gloves, painters gloves, scrub brushes, brooms, mops, buckets. Flashlights/Batteries: Flashlights, batteries, lanterns. Baby needs: Diapers, baby wet wipes, pull-ups, baby formula. Please, NO CLOTHING! Bring your donations when you come for Parent-Teacher conferences on Monday, or send them with your student by Tuesday noon. We also need volunteers to bag up these supplies and other volunteers to drive them to collection points in Brooklyn on Tuesday afternoon.
