Mosaic: Celebrating Black History, Feb. 27 at 6pm

Please join Mosaic at the HCCS Auditorium for "Celebrating Black History" on Feb. 27. Refreshments will be served at 6pm, followed by the presentation at 6:30pm. Childcare is available (see below for details).

Professor Jamal Joseph is our featured guest. Professor Joseph is an American writer, director, producer, poet, activist, and educator and a former member of the Black Panther Party and the Black Liberation Army. Professor Joseph graduated summa cum laude from University of Kansas. He has written five plays and two volumes of poetry to date. He is an Academy Award nominee, a current professor and former chair of Columbia University’s film department, and Exec. Artistic Director of the New Heritage Theater Group.
